WELCOME TO NEED FOR NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY
NEED FOR NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY is founded on April 23rd 2022 – the 100th birthday anniversary of Nikon employee Per Jørgen Eilertsen, to me known as my grandfather. As a tribute to the grandfather who sparked my interest in seeing details in everything, viewing every landscape or person as a possible motive, and taught me the art of photography, it felt right to share this photography dream with him. This was, after all, his passion for almost a century. Back then when photography was a work of art. Back then with analogue cameras. Back then when your focus in the moment would pay off in the aftermath of exciting dark room development hours.
As an autodidact nature photographer, I have always had a strong sense of connection to natural motives. Throughout my life as a nature traveler and nature experience facilitating professional, it has become clear to me that I connect with nature through mindful and dedicated awareness. When out with my camera, I find peace in diving into an immersive experience with nature. The little thing. And the big pictures. I have a strong passion to share this with you through my photography. With NEED FOR NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY, I aim to share the joy of nature combined with the feeling of Nature Connectedness… basically facilitating Nature Connectedness though the art of Nature Photography.
NEED FOR NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY offers photos for web-use, customized framed photography prints, and facilitated Nature Connectedness photography experiences and inspiration course. By offering a range of carefully chosen photographs, and all shot in deeply nature connected moments, I hope to inspire to get out there to enjoy and connect with our stunning surroundings.
