“HAVE YOU SEEN THIS?!”
I have been taught to see. To sense. Sensing is connecting. And as a Nature Connectedness researcher and Nature Connectedness through Nature Photography facilitator, I often spend hours, days, years dwelling by the wonderful details in natural environments. I believe it connects us – to the nature within us, and to the nature around us. Viewing nature and emotionally connecting with it, is what keeps our mental and physical health afloat, and even what motivates and drives our pro-environmental attitudes and actions. How amazing is that?! Therefore, I deliberately let my own amazement and enthusiasm for nature’s beauty take control over me when photographing for Nature Connectedness experience for myself, or my nature connected photography audience of art lovers, photographer peers, and fellow human beings with an intrinsic need for nature, but a lacking or lost ability to get out experiencing it themselves. Very often you might hear me loud and happily shout, or sometimes emotionally whisper “HAVE YOU SEEN THIS?!” when in awe to share what I just experienced through my lens, with you…
I, TANYA UHNGER WÜNSCHE am a pragmatic nature photographer and have always documented what I saw meaning and beauty in, with whatever lens was in my hand.
I swear to various camera brands, and lens types, at different times, depending on the purpose of my nature experience pursuits. Currently the gear kit widely spans from a professional Nikon D500 with NIKKOR lenses, a DJI 3 mini drone, A Go Pro Hero 3, and even my Iphone 15 Pro at times.
With NEED FOR NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY, I aim to share the joy of nature combined with the feeling of Nature Connectedness… basically facilitating Nature Connectedness though the art of Nature Photography. NEED FOR NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY offers photos for web-use, customized framed photography prints, and facilitated Nature Connectedness photography experiences and inspiration course. By offering a range of carefully chosen photographs, and all shot in deeply nature connected moments, I hope to inspire to get out there to enjoy and connect with our stunning surroundings.
