NEED FOR NATURE GROUP ApS is founded by Tanya Uhnger Wünsche in 2021, and consists of six subsidiary companies. NEED FOR NATURE GROUP is on a mission to bridge the Academic Research Field and Lived Real-World Practice in order to better and sustain both human and planetary health, wellbeing, and healing. All Subsidiaries of NEED FOR NATURE GROUP in their own unique way aim to facilitate the needed human transformation to adapt and comply with the UN Agenda 2030 Sustainable Developmental Goals and transition into the Regenerative Era.

NEED FOR NATURE GROUP ApS is based in Denmark, but serves clients internationally, hence have chosen to display Terms and Conditions in English.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services and products provided by NEED FOR NATURE GROUP ApS and its six subsidiaries: Center for Nature Connectedness, NEED FOR NATURE PSYCHOTHERAPY, NEED FOR NATURE NATURTERAPEUTISK REFUGIE, NEED FOR NATURE NATIONAL PARK EXPERIENCES, NEED FOR NATURE WILDERNESS TRAVEL, and NEED FOR NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY. By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

NEED FOR NATURE GROUP ApS is headquartered in Denmark and complies with all relevant Danish laws and regulations.

– NEED FOR NATURE CENTER FOR NATURE CONNECTEDNESS offers educational programs and counseling to B2B and B2G clients.
– NEED FOR NATURE PSYCHOTHERAPY provides therapy sessions and masterclasses to B2C and B2B clients.
– NEED FOR NATURE NATURTERAPEUTISK REFUGIE (Nature Therapeutic Refuge) specializes in event space rentals and event facilitation for B2B clients.
– NEED FOR NATURE NATIONAL PARK EXPERIENCES is partnered with Danish National Parks to offer tourism experiences to B2C and B2B clients
.– NEED FOR NATURE WILDERNESS TRAVEL facilitates expedition travel experiences to B2C and B2B clients.
– NEED FOR NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY sells nature photography prints to B2C and B2B clients.

NEED FOR NATURE GROUP ApS is responsible for all services and products provided by its subsidiaries. Any legal claims or disputes will be addressed in accordance with Danish law.

Clients must provide accurate information when engaging our services or purchasing products. Payments must be made as agreed, and any misuse of services will result in termination of the agreement.

NEED FOR NATURE GROUP ApS and its subsidiaries are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our physical or digital services or products. Our total liability is limited to the contractual agreement or amount paid by the client for the specific service or product in question.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by subsidiary and service. Clients are advised to review the specific terms provided at the time of purchase or service agreement.

We are committed to protecting client privacy and data. Personal information collected will be used solely for providing our services and will be handled in compliance with Danish GDPR personal data protection regulations. NEED FOR NATURE GROUP ApS processes personal data with due observance of the. General Data Protection Regulation and law. Information on client name, address, e-mail, telephone number, etc. can solely be used in connection with the client’s orders, communication, and follow-up. All personal data is stored in accordance to Danish GDPR laws and regulations.

NEED FOR NATURE GROUP ApS complies with the rights of the data subject (including right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, objection, data portability, complaint and right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automatic processing, including profiling). NEED FOR NATURE GROUP ApS will store the data for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. NEED FOR NATURE GROUP ApS can neither disclose, sell nor otherwise transfer information to third parties, unless the customer has agreed to the same.

NEED FOR NATURE GROUP ApS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Usually this document is reviewed once pre anno. Existing clients will be notified of significant changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in Danish courts.
